Leaders thanks so much for your desire and interest in joining us for Breakaway 2010!  Spots are filling up fast!!!  Here's how to make sure that your group gets to come by reserving a spot for your church.

1. Your Name and Title (ex. Johnny Q. Leader/Youth Pastor)
2. Your Church's Name (ex...Kind of self explanatory huh?!)
3. The number of kids that you need spots for.  (Doesn’t have to be exact......yet!)
4. The contact information for your group including:  church address, phone numbers (yours and your church), fax numbers, and a email address that you are easily reached at.

Once we have received all of that information we will then jump up and down 'cause we are so excited about the experience that you and your group are going to share.  Then we will send you all of the formal registration information.  Hurry and don't delay because spots are already starting to fill up!!!
